FIRST.- OWNER OF THE WEBSITE

This web portal belongs to MINDUP for the purposes of complying with art. 10 of the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, at Vähä Hämeenkatu 6b 40, Turku, Finland.

SECOND.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

MINDUP places information and data (hereinafter referred to as CONTENTS and/or SERVICES) at the disposal of the public (hereinafter referred to as users) who access www.bemindup.com (hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE), by means of a website of an informative nature. The CONTENTS of the website are provided and created by the company itself.

Finally, due to the very nature of the WEBSITE, it is possible that the contents of these Conditions may be modified or include changes, therefore any user is obliged to access these Conditions each time they access the WEBSITE, assuming that the corresponding conditions in force at the time of access will be applicable to them.

THIRD.- ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

Access to the website does not require prior registration by users. However, in order to consult certain contents of the Website as well as to receive the news bulletins, it will be necessary for the User to register using the appropriate procedure.

In any case, the data entered by the User during the registration process must be accurate, current and truthful.

FOURTH.- CORRECT USE OF THE SERVICES

The User undertakes to use the Services in a diligent, correct and lawful manner and, in particular, by way of example and without limitation, it is strictly forbidden to

The user shall be liable for damages of any kind that MINDUP may suffer as a result of breach of any of the aforementioned obligations, as well as any others included in these General Terms and Conditions and/or those imposed by law in relation to the use of the Website.

All under-age users must use the Website with the consent of their father, mother or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for any problems that may arise in purchases and in the use of the Website’s services.

MINDUP shall at all times ensure respect for the legal system in force, and shall be entitled to interrupt, at its sole discretion, the Service or exclude the user from the Website in the event of the alleged commission of any of the crimes or offences defined by the Criminal Code in force, or in the event of any conduct that in MINDUP’s opinion is contrary to these General Conditions or may disturb the proper operation, image, credibility and/or prestige of MINDUP .

FIFTH.- RULES OF CONDUCT

Users may contact MINDUP and interact in certain sections of the web portal, either through the Blog or by sharing sections on social networks, as long as they respect this code of conduct:

NO USER MAY PASS THEMSELVES OFF AS ANOTHER PERSON OR ORGANISATION, otherwise they may incur a misdemeanour or offence under the Spanish Criminal Code and Civil Code.

This type of content will be deleted along with the accounts that carried out such action and even bring it to the attention of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

SEVENTH.- EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Consequently, MINDUP does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the Website or the Services, and therefore the use of the same by users is at their own risk, and MINDUP may not be held liable in this regard at any time.

Furthermore, MINDUP shall not assume any liability whatsoever arising from, by way of example but not limitation:

MINDUP does not guarantee or assume any type of liability for damages suffered as a result of access to the Services/content of third parties through connections, links or links to the linked sites, nor for the accuracy or reliability of the same. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and the General Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide us with through our website or by sending emails will be incorporated into MINDUP’s files and processing for the purposes described in the privacy policy, which must be read, understood and accepted in order to use this website.

For any interpretative or litigious issues that may arise, Spanish legislation shall be applicable, and in the event of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Finland, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
